You can cancel or reschedule from your Patient Portal up to 24 hours in advance.

We accept all major Swiss health insurance providers.

Please bring a valid ID and your insurance card to your first appointment.

Submit a prescription request through your Patient Portal and your physician will review it.

A stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.

Psychotherapy here is covered under basic insurance (OKP / Grundversicherung) when ordered by a medical doctor (Anordnungsmodell).
