Important guidelines for modifying or canceling scheduled therapy consultations.
24-Hour Advance Cancellation Notice
Therapy session times are exclusively reserved for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 business hours in advance (excluding weekends and official Swiss holidays).
How to Cancel an Appointment
- • Client Portal: Log in to your client dashboard and click "Reschedule / Cancel"
- • Email: Send a notice to praxisamroemerhof@hin.ch

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notification, cannot be billed to Swiss health insurance and will be invoiced privately to the client at the standard consultation rate.
